Zia Consulting, Inc., the leading provider of Enterprise Content Management (ECM)and Intelligent Document Capture (IDC) business solutions, will attend the annual ARMA Live conference in San Antonio, September 25–27 within the Alfresco Software booth. At their kiosk, Zia will showcase information governance solutions designed to work with the tools employees already use in order to streamline processes and maintain compliance.
At ARMA Live! 2016, Zia will showcase their Easy Records Management (Easy RM)solutions that incorporate existing applications and automate the RM process. Attendees will learn how Easy RM solutions have decreased processing times by 70% and increased productivity and compliance within any organization. Easy RM solutions are built on a single DoD5015.02 certified content hub for document and records management, reducing duplication and wrong version usage.
Typically, records management (RM) systems are designed for dedicated compliance officers, not content creators; they are then deployed in a standalone environment, disconnected from corporate collaboration and ECM systems.
