Fresh Xpense

LifeHealthPro.com listed Fresh Xpense as one of “5 apps for your next business trip,” stating, “if filling out reimbursement reports isn’t your kind of welcome home party, try Fresh Xpense Capture.”
The April 2013 print edition of Life Insurance Selling Magazine also listed Fresh Xpense as one of “15 Apps That Will Make Your Life Easier.”
The developer of Fresh Xpense, Zia’s Bindu Wavell, expanded on why he developed the app:
When I got my first iPhone, there were lots of expense tracking apps. I couldn’t find one that would allow me to capture expense information with photographic evidence. At the time I was traveling quite a bit and my expenses would take me about an hour a week to complete and submit. With Fresh Xpense Capture, I created the tool I had been looking for. I am able to capture expense and receipt info at the time an expense is incurred, or on the flight home. The app saves all my info and uploads it to xpenser.com; where I can do further organization and download a PDF with all my expense information and my receipts that I can then submit for approval. Now doing expenses takes 5-10 minutes instead of an hour!
