MIQ Logistics, a third-party logistics company improving transportation networks and supply chain efficiency, came to Zia in need of a solution to automate their freight-invoice data entry. This solution also needed to be one they could implement themselves and manage internally. Because of the vast differences between invoices, large amounts of employee time were spent identifying, sorting, routing, and filing—time that could be spent in more valuable ways.
Through a week-long Zia Initial Consulting Engagement (ICE), we learned all we could about their processes and determined an appropriate solution for their business. This attention to their business helped us to create a document processing solution saved time and employee hours, decreased data entry errors, improved search capabilities, and even bettered their cash flow.
