Company will demonstrate solutions targeting costly and complex information governance tasks at ARMA 2017.
Zia Consulting will attend the annual ARMA Live! conference in Orlando, October 15–17 within the Alfresco Software booth. At their kiosk, Zia will showcase information governance solutions designed to work with the tools employees already use in order to streamline processes and maintain compliance.
At ARMA 2017, Zia will showcase Easy Records Management (Easy RM) solutions that incorporate existing applications and automate the RM process. Attendees will learn how Easy RM solutions have decreased processing times by 70% and increased productivity and compliance within any organization. Easy RM solutions are built on a single DoD5015.02 certified content hub for document and records management, reducing duplication and wrong version usage.
Typically, records management (RM) systems are designed for dedicated compliance officers, not content creators; they are then deployed in a standalone environment, disconnected from corporate collaboration and ECM systems. Duplicating efforts—moving documents from ECM to RM systems and back again—adds cost and complexity to information management, leading to increased probability of non-compliance from errors in the process. Complying with numerous regulations, overseen by more and more regulatory agencies, makes this job more critical than ever. Ultimately, organizations need solutions that can be delivered in a cost-effective manner appropriate to their budget.
