The Zia family, including all of you, is at the core of our company. As the current pandemic unfolds, we want to update you with the decisive steps we’re taking to reduce risks to our employees and their families, and remain open for business.
Our physical office is closed until further notice, per the guidance of our local government. Many of our employees regularly work from home, and we have not seen significant disruption as a result of transitioning all of our employees to working from home. We have taken the necessary security and safety precautions to make working from home a secure environment. As with most others, we’re not traveling at this time for meetings, events, or projects.
Customers may continue to work with each department as usual. Fortunately, we’ve seen minimal (if any) impact to existing and upcoming projects. We’re here for support as usual. No interruptions are expected. We’re able to start new projects as they arise. Our project management methodology will not change.
We have a plan in place to address various aspects of the pandemic, including important economic considerations. We are in good shape financially and taking the necessary precautions to ensure the financial wellbeing of our employees.
We’re a nimble organization and able to take actions quickly. We will continue to monitor the situation and take swift actions as needed. We welcome your feedback and ideas. We’re grateful for each and every one of you during this challenging time, and we hope everyone will stay healthy and safe.
