Copywriter/Sales Operations Manager

So…what would you say, you do here?

Join a team that makes things happen. The marketing department at a Boulder tech company needs someone with copywriting chops equaled only by their operational management skills. Someone looking to help influence the department’s direction at a company that puts employees first. We don’t have a boring corporate style but we do have a sense of humor. We like to build the most creative and memorable print and digital campaigns possible. Our campaigns span numerous themes and always strive to be fun. This position takes part in writing and editing:

  • Trade show displays
  • Email campaigns
  • Press releases
  • Blogs
  • RFPs
  • PowerPoint presentations
  • Webpages
  • Video scripts
  • Ransom notes
  • And more 

We’re seeking someone who can not only take on writing and editing, but can also help manage our growing sales team by providing operational support including reconciliation, generating reports, sending reminders, scheduling meetings, beating them over the head with a blunt object…whatever it takes to get those deals in! Note that this is NOT a selling role, but rather a sales support role. No selling is required. 

Key Skill Requirements:

  • This position will report to both the head of sales and the head of marketing. (You’ll have two different highly collaborative bosses right now!) The ability to juggle work from both departments, setting priorities, communication and completing work on time is critical. 
  • Work independently as needed and pull information from several sources.
  • Be comfortable exercising creative direction and providing input. Able to strongly voice best practices and provide feedback/guidance on writing, editing, and process management. 
  • Ability to manage tasks for sales people across the country in different time zones with different requirements.
  • Outgoing personality and ability to influence teams without formal authority; get others excited about projects and campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel for events and assist in planning and setup.

Technology Requirements:

  • Salesforce (or ability to learn quickly)
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Folders, Gmail)

  • WordPress experience
  • Marketing automation experience
  • Search engine optimization knowledge

Project Manager, Boulder, CO
Description:

Responsible for all aspects of Zia customer engagements including: proposal development, staffing, project execution, control, closeout, and, ultimately, customer satisfaction. Leads the project and retains overall responsibility for delivery including cost, schedule, quality control, deliverables, and contractual compliance. Identifies and utilizes company resources to achieve project objectives; establishes task priorities, assignment, and completion; ensures quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting project/client deadlines and budget constraints. Serves as the client liaison on project matters and is capable of acting as business analyst and quality assurance leads for smaller projects. Identifies and reports any potential changes or suggestions to project scope, budget, and schedule. Coordinates training of new personnel under the project to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required:

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or other related scientific or technical discipline
  • Experience in aspects of the overall project lifecycle
  • Proficient with multiple project methodologies: Agile, Iterative, PMI
  • Five to 10 years’ experience, of which a minimum of three years must be specialized in enterprise content management (ECM)
  • Specialized experience including: complete discovery and assessment of project requirements from inception to deployment and ongoing production support
  • Experience in management and control of budget and resources as well as a demonstrated capability in managing complex, multi-phase engagements

Must have interpersonal and leadership skills; collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills; as well as excellent communication skills—both written and spoken.

Must be willing to travel to client sites when necessary (no more than 25% of the time).

ECM Architect, Boulder, CO
Description:

We are looking to hire an ECM architect who will serve as technical lead on consulting engagements. Responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with clients or project stakeholders to understand legacy systems and processes; identifying functional and technical requirements; and proposing a technical solution to meet the client’s needs
  • Communicating the proposed solution to the client and stakeholders including architecture, high-level estimates of effort and duration, risks, and costs associated with proposed solution
  • Participating in iterative development planning including the definition of required user stories, sprint planning, and backlog development

Required:

ECM Developer, Boulder, CO
Description:

We are looking to hire an ECM staff developer who will be responsible for working with architects, lead engineers, and customers to design and implement ECM solutions for our clients. Specific responsibilities:

  • Design and implement projects

Required:
