Mike has more than 24 years of ECM experience in manufacturing, financial services, insurance, content management, environmental engineering, and professional services. Mike is an open source enthusiast and is experienced in application development, enterprise architecture, enterprise systems, customer management, marketing, and sales. Throughout his career, Mike has proved to be highly effective at developing business units, engineering teams, and sales teams into high-performing entities.
EVP & CO-FOUNDER
Pat has more than 20 years of software architecture and engineering experience and has served as lead architect, technical lead, and senior software engineer for numerous clients across many industries. Pat has been involved in pre-sales engagements as well as estimation, requirements analysis, and architecture phases of projects. Pat is a co-author for the only Ephesoft book as well as an instructor for the technology.
COO, CTO, & CO-FOUNDER
Jeff has more than 17 years of software engineering experience, and has served as a project manager, project lead, lead architect, technical lead, and senior software engineer. His experience spans various technical leadership positions at IBM, eConvergent, and Seurat. In addition to leading teams that designed, implemented, and supported projects, Jeff has been involved with technical pre-sales engagements, high-level scope and estimation, requirements analysis, and architecture responsibilities.
PARTNER & VP OF ECM SOLUTIONS, SALES
Ryan brings more than 17 years of expertise in the ECM industry to Zia with a focus on excellence in leadership. Mentoring and technical expertise helps guide all aspects of his business. Ryan’s expertise in developing and leading technical teams in a variety of roles has served him well as an executive and business leader at Zia. He brings passion for excellence, growth, and integrity in all that he does personally and professionally.
PARTNER & CHIEF ARCHITECT
Bindu has been involved in enterprise system integration consulting for the past 24 years. At Zia, Bindu provides guidance and mentoring around enterprise content management architecture and design in addition to working hands-on with customers to deliver high-value solutions. Bindu has been working on enterprise content management engagements for the past 10 years. Bindu is passionate about tea and quite interested in hobby robotics and automation.
PARTNER & VP OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Scott has 25 years of project management and content management experience. He has served as project controls director, project management office (PMO) director, documentation specialist, and most recently as senior project manager for an IT business process improvement firm before joining Zia Consulting. Scott is a technology generalist, having managed many project types including content management projects focused on publishing and workflow automation using Alfresco, Documentum, SharePoint, and FileNet applications.
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Emily has more than 15 years’ experience working with small- to medium-size enterprises formulating marketing strategy, building brands, and generating net-new opportunities. At Zia Consulting, Emily leads the digital and traditional marketing initiatives for lead generation, partner relations, customer retention, and branding. Prior to joining Zia, Emily worked as the Director of Marketing for multiple technology companies in the Denver area. She is a Colorado native who enjoys travel, wine, and event planning.
SENIOR DIRECTOR OF STRATEGY AND OPERATIONS
Kristen brings 20 years of experience in leading information architecture programs and strategies for enterprise content management solutions. She has served as technical trainer, lead taxonomist, and director of web engineering for Sun Microsystems (computer hardware), and most recently as senior manager of enterprise knowledge management at Level 3 (global telecommunications).
