In the final installment of our webinar series on ERP and CRM integration, we discussed integrating Microsoft Dynamics with Alfresco for sales contracts, customer service cases, invoices, POs, and more.

The demo also showed Outlook email integration with Alfresco as well as automated archiving to create a records management process that delivers on compliance needs.
